ELS is hiring for the position of Creamery Supervisor in Urbanna, Virginia.

What you'll do:

The Restaurant Manager develops short-term and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant and assists with the preparation of the annual budget.

Your job will include:

• Analyze the restaurant's performance to ensure product and service quality standards.
• Develop new programs to increase customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence.
• Support the company's safety training and security standards to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
• Partner with the General Manager and Chief Engineer to implement preventative maintenance programs that protect the restaurant's physical assets.
• Implement sales and marketing programs to drive business to the restaurant.
• Establish and maintain a strong, coordinated human resources function that ensures employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration and compliance with labor regulations.

• High school diploma, or the equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
• 2+ years of experience in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using a POS system.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.
