ELS is hiring for the position of Administrator - Sales & Inventory in Tampa, Florida.
What you'll do:
The Sales & Inventory Administrator provides clerical and administrative support to the Construction and Escrow/Sales departments. This position maintains files, handles all incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls, problem solving and information gathering.
Your job will include:
- Reconcile purchase orders.
- Compile cost detail reports for sales.
- Track purchase orders.
- Process bills.
- Track inventory home titles.
- Attend weekly construction meetings.
- Take all overflow incoming calls for the Escrow/Sales department.
- Conduct invoicing of Catalyst software.
- Track project costs to maintain budget restrictions.
- Ensure that qualifying vendors meet all relevant requirements.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment for the department.
- Produce and distribute notes and documentation at scheduled meetings.
- Maintain and organize all documentation.

Experience & skills you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company needs.
