ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Manager in Cape Haze, Florida.
What you'll do:
The Administrative Services Manager directs and coordinates office services and related activities, including the development and supervision of programs that maximize the utilization of company services and equipment.
Your job will include:
- Manage the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of corporate and regional office facilities.
- Coordinate space planning, employee moves and logistical assistance.
- Collaborate with counsel and brokers to negotiate leases for corporate and regional offices; ensure that rent payments are made in a timely manner and in accordance with lease terms.
- Develop, maintain and re-forecast the annual departmental budget.
- Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and equipment and supervise receiving and shipping.
- Issue appropriate purchase requisitions and negotiate contracts for office equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement office services policies and procedures.
- Oversee the printing of all business forms, stationery and business card orders.
- Work with build offices to coordinate floor security issues and administer the emergency evacuation plan.
- Approve department invoices and the allocation of charges to other departments and/or locations.
- Ensure the accurate processing of payables into the accounts payable system.
- Oversee special event planning for the company headquarters office and ensure that events are planned in a timely manner and within the approved budget.

Experience & skills you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
