Job Description

SoulCycle is looking for a Retail Associate to support our Bridgehampton studio. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume, fast-paced retail environment. They will be able to determine the riders' needs and provide excellent customer service while also meeting our sales budget. 

This position reports to the Director of Retail Strategy and Growth in SoulCycle HQ, and will work closely with the Bridgehampton Studio Team. The responsibilities described below are representative and not a comprehensive list. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ownership over driving sales and meeting budget provided by Retail Team 
• Greet customers as they enter the studio 
• Replenish our floor in between classes 
• Remerchandise 1x per day 
• Assist SoulCycle Studio Team with unpacking retail deliveries 
• Actively seek out customers in the retail section 
• Cross sell products 
• Answer customer questions on fit, fabric, and brand 
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, and team up with Studio Manager if needed 
• Execute purchases and returns at the cash register while checking for accuracy 
• Build relationships with frequent riders 
• Comply with inventory control procedures 
• Provide reporting and recaps on the studio business as needed 

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Associate. Experience at an active wear retailer is a huge plus! 
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills 
• Positive, can-do attitude with customer service focus 
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints 
• Availability to work a flexible work schedule 
• 18-30 hours per week

Pay Transparency: $16.50
