 SoulCycle is seeking a detail-oriented Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in digital marketing. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement strategies, analyzing data, and supporting the overall digital initiatives to deliver an exceptional experience to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Data Management:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.

2. Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of automated and one-off CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, web / app, and SMS).
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

3. Reporting and Analysis

  • Analyze campaign results and customer data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve CRM processes and customer experience.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the field and marketing teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in growth, performance, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for wellness, fitness, and the SoulCycle brand

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000

This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing
