Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing, this global leader of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement will be accountable for driving revenue growth by developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy across all sales channels. Reporting to Executive Leadership, the role will strategically align product marketing, sales enablement, and regional marketing teams to accelerate market expansion and sales performance across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

Global Sales Enablement

  • Design and implement a global sales enablement strategy that directly supports and accelerates revenue generation
  • Create end-to-end content and tools that enable direct, indirect, and technical sales teams to effectively sell and compete
  • Develop a closed-loop feedback mechanism to continuously improve sales effectiveness
  • Working closely with the global Go-To-Marketing at RevOps teams, will track, measure, and optimize sales enablement program performance

Regional Marketing Leadership

  • Lead product marketing teams across three regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
  • Develop and execute high-impact regional marketing strategies that support field marketing and sales objectives
  • Assist global events and digital campaigns to maximize lead generation and brand awareness
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across regional teams
  • Drive regional market expansion through targeted marketing plays

Content and Enablement Strategy

  • Design compelling content assets including customer stories, competitive battlecards, and sales playbooks
  • Establish robust content governance frameworks ensuring consistency, quality, and brand compliance
  • Create strategic content that supports the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize content strategy and performance

Customer and Field Engagement

  • Build deep relationships with field sales teams and key customers
  • Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable sales strategies
  • Serve as a critical bridge between product, sales, and customer needs
  • Develop market intelligence that informs go-to-market approaches

Presentation and Communication

  • Deliver high-impact presentations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences and events
  • Communicate complex strategies with clarity and strategic vision
  • Convert technical capabilities into compelling business narratives

Leadership and Team Development

  • Provide strategic direction to product marketing and sales enablement teams
  • Develop succession plans and individual development strategies
  • Manage team performance, including hiring, development, and talent management
  • Foster a high-performance culture of collaboration and innovation

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of professional experience
  • Minimum 12 years in progressive product marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record in driving sales enablement in technology or enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in high-growth technology companies

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $275,000 to $350,000 per year
  • Washington state: $265,000 to $340,000 per year

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations.
