Sales Senior Analyst - Anaplan
Job Summary
The Sales Compensation Senior Analyst implements and maintains sales compensation programs and systems for an assigned geography or group.
Responsibilities
- Overall 3+ years of professional experience designing and building Anaplan applications.
- Understanding of Sales application portfolio, ideally with experience in Booking and Sales Planning, Sales Crediting & Compensation.
- Extensive experience in implementing and configuring Anaplan models to support sales operations.
- Proficient in building Anaplan modules, dashboards, and reports to enable data visualization and decision-making.
- Extensive experience working on modules, lists, numbered lists, models, dashboards, views, calculations, actions, processes, dependent dropdowns, user access, resolve data issues, formula issues, optimization, data mapping, automation using Informatica Cloud, Dell Boomi.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan's best practices, data integration techniques, and security protocols.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, sales, and operations to deliver effective Anaplan solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying process improvements and driving efficiency.
- Experienced in end-to-end implementation, Documentation, UAT for the modules in Anaplan, Unit Testing and Regression Testing.
Qualifications
- Deep Anaplan expertise with 3+ years of complex Anaplan model building experience.
- Technical model builder with Anaplan L3/Architect certified is preferred
- Strong collaboration using Informatica Cloud, Dell Boomi.
- Ability to adapt to multiple use cases such as Workforce Planning, Sales & Quota Planning, Sales Crediting etc.
- Proven ability to connect business requirements to technical solution design.
