Microsoft Senior Implementation Analyst(Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst to join our managed solutions team, focusing on IT project deployment for data center clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, experience leading technical implementations, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and high-demand environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Implement and configure Microsoft services in high-availability environments
  • Act as the technical lead for IT projects, ensuring successful delivery
  • Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and implement tailored solutions
  • Document configurations and provide training to operational teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after project deployment

What we'll expect from you

Experience:

  • Experience in IT implementation, with a focus on working on complex Microsoft-based projects in data centers or enterprise environments

Microsoft Technologies:

  • Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including installation, basic administration, and performance tuning. Always On and Database Mirroring are desirable
  • Proficiency in Hyper-V for virtualization, high availability, and clustering
  • Experience with IIS for web server setup, migration, and troubleshooting

Networking:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft networking environments and integration of servers/services in corporate networks

IT Processes:

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes; ITIL Foundation certification is a plus

Language Skills

  • Advanced English (mandatory) - capable of leading discussions, writing documentation, and delivering technical presentations
  • Basic to intermediate Spanish - able to handle simple conversations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Postgraduate studies or an MBA in relevant areas are a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Linux is a strong advantage
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified (Azure Solutions Architect, AD) or VMware/Hyper-V advanced certifications are desirable
