HR Strategy and Planning Senior Consultant

Job Summary

In this role, you will collaborate with partners and stakeholders across HR to analyze their priorities and strategic imperatives, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions. You will be part of the team that defines and drives the HR strategic planning approach and process for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for HR strategy team
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Create executive ready materials for senior leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting
  • Experience developing executive ready materials and decks
  • Experience with analytics and excel and ability to synthesize data and insights
  • Understanding of HR best practices and principles
  • Experience with complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
  • Experience leading and operating governance mechanisms in an organization using agile methodologies with a product mindset
  • Experience in mid-size, matrixed and multinational organizations

Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to create executive ready presentation materials in PowerPoint
  • Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
  • Adept at change management and communication, with ability to influence across stakeholder groups
  • Flexible working style, comfortable adept at shifting between planned and unplanned planning initiatives and being decisive when faced with ambiguity
