HR Services Associate (Training, Quality and Metrics)

The Associate, HR Services - Training, Quality, and Metrics will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs, performing quality checks and audits on HR processes, and creating and analyzing metrics and dashboards to gauge and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.

Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery

  • Deliver training programs for HR Services team members, and employees and managers on HR Services
  • Update training materials based on process changes, new technology, and feedback

Quality Assurance & Audits

  • Perform regular quality checks and audits of HR processes and services
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance service quality

Metrics & Dashboard Creation

  • Create and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to audit performance and identify trends
  • Analyze data to provide insights on service delivery, process efficiency, and team performance

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions
  • Evaluate the impact of improvements and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Work closely with HR teams and collaborators to understand their needs and challenges

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven years of experience in HR, with a focus on training, quality assurance, and metrics analysis
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes and standard methodologies
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data visualization tools
