A área de Inside Sales se relaciona com todos os clientes da base com o intuito de atender as mais variadas demandas, seja uma nova proposta comercial ou um upgrade de algum serviço já prestado.
O que você fará:
- Atualização de planilhas e relatórios da base de clientes;
- Cadastro de informações de novos clientes;
- Criação e atualização de requisições no sistema;
- Relacionamento a clientes por telefone e e-mail;
- Interface com diferentes áreaa da empresa.
O que você precisa ter:
- Ensino Superior cursando em Marketing, Administração, Gestão Comercial, Engenharias etc;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido, sendo 3 dias presenciais (seg e quarta fixo, terceiro dia à livre escolha) em nosso escritório localizado na Avenida Paulista, das 9h às 16h;
- Disponibilidade de no mínimo 1 ano e meio para estagiar conosco;
- Inglês avançado para atuar com a equipe global.
