Customer Engineering Intern

Overview of function, team, and role: As a Customer Engineer you are responsible to deliver top-class support to global enterprises that drive the modern-day digital economy. You help support applications and infrastructure that enables thousands of customers to connect with their cloud services. You will be exposed to awesome tools, systems, and products as well as help brush up your IT skills like SQL, API, Networking and many more.
Intern Project Description
- You will help in troubleshooting customer reported issues and incidents
- You will support documenting and creating SOPs for common incidents
- You will get to experiment with enterprise grade products (Network Function Virtualization, On-Demand Hardware and Cloud Interconnection) that drive the digital economy
Requirements and Qualifications
- You have knowledge or a strong interest in one of the following areas
- Computer Networking
- System Administration
- Application Support
- Server-side Hardware
- SQL / Databases
- APIs
- IT Management
