Content Development Manager

Job Summary

The Content Development Manager will create engaging and informative content to support initiatives focused on operational efficiency and team alignment, along with internal communications principles and information. The initiatives aim to simplify workflows and foster collaboration while helping employees connect their work to broader organizational goals. This role is critical for translating complex concepts into clear, actionable, and inspiring content that drives understanding and engagement across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content such as newsletters, intranet articles, videos, and presentations to support initiatives aimed at simplifying processes and fostering collaboration
  • Translate complex information into accessible and engaging materials that resonate with employees at all levels
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate, consistent, and meaningful communication
  • Maintain a cohesive tone and narrative that aligns with organizational goals and values
  • Create visuals, storyboards, and scripts to complement written content where needed
  • Monitor employee engagement with content and adjust approaches based on insights
  • Work closely with the Communications Strategy team to ensure alignment across platforms and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content development with a focus on internal communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
