Job Description

O que você fará:

  • Gestão de Relacionamento com clientes;
  • Onboarding de novos clientes e usuários;
  • Retenção de clientes através do NPS;
  • Identificação de oportunidades de Upsell e Upgrades de produtos;
  • Condução de CBR - Customer Business Reviews;
  • Análise de dados e relatórios;
  • Trabalho em cross colaboração com stakeholders;
  • Cumprimento de KPIs como NPS, Health Checks, CBRs, geração de leads.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido sendo 2 dias presenciais (terças e quartas) em nossos escritório localizado na Av. Paulista (Consolação) e os demais remotos, de 9h às 18h ;
  • Inglês a nível conversacional intermediário ou avançado para atuar com a equipe global;
  • Experiência prévia com customer success.
