Travel Nurse (RN) Case Management (Case Manager)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Case Manager

Shift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, EOH, Up to 3 weekend shifts in 3 months

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NC License
• 1 year case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• 1 year travel experience
• Must have knowledge of the discharge planner process (how referrals are done, entry level understanding of different payers and things they cover)
• Must be proficient in EPIC
• BLS
• Nursing Diploma or ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing
• Very experienced in acute care setting ideal
• Very experienced with discharge planning ideal
• BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing preferred
