Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect who will:



  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

  • Oversee the development and integration of low-code/no-code platforms, Salesforce, and .NET technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with Head of Application development, technical leads and offshore partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding the team through complex problem-solving and decision-making processes.

  • Develop and implement data and analytics solutions, leveraging your expertise in the insurance industry.

  • Explore ways in which AI and automation technologies can be leveraged to enhance business processes and customer experiences. Conduct market studies and POCs

  • Define and document architectural standards and ensure adherence and consistency across all projects and initiatives.


Requirements

  • This is a hybrid role - candidates must be willing to work 3 days a week in office and the other 2 days work from home. Prefer candidates who can work out of one of our Connecticut, New Jersey, or New York offices. A full listing of our office locations can be found here: https://www.epicbrokers.com/about/locations/ 

  • 5+ years of experience in leading architectural design and implementation of enterprise solutions.

  • 10+ years of experience in a developer or a Senior Developer role

  • Strong expertise in low-code/no-code platforms, Salesforce, and .NET technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with offshore partners and distributed teams.

  • Hands-on experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance-related processes and systems.

  • Extensive experience in data and analytics, with a track record of creating impactful solutions.

  • Passion for AI and automation, with a vision for applying these technologies to solve business challenges.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical leads and stakeholders.


 


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure (preferred), Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of modern software development practices and methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically


 


Compensation


  • The national average annual salary for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
