ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-    Draft and edit content for distribution via social media channels
-    Help manage social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn) using our broker-dealer regulated communications platform
-    Monitor channels on a daily basis, compile, interpret and report on analytics on a weekly basis
-    Brainstorm ideas for engaging social media campaigns directed at various target markets (recruits and prospective clients)
-    Assist in coordination of online and print direct mail and advertising
-    Assist in coordination of trade shows, conferences, seminars, and other events
ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-    Junior level status preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS:
•    Communication is the backbone of this position: strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. 
•    Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
•    Excellent follow-up skills, the ability to proactively prevent problems and the leadership to resolve issues
•    Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research; the desire and ability to learn other software programs as needed
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team
