We are in search of an experienced UX Designer to join our inspiring team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the overall user experience of our products by planning, conducting, and interpreting various user research methods, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with other team members. The successful candidate should be a self-starter with a proven track record in UX design, with the ability to balance user requirements and usability concerns effectively.

• Plan and conduct user and stakeholder requirements research
• Analyze user tasks and information models, then define user workflows
• Craft wireframe and clickthrough prototypes
• Execute and report on usability testing
• Monitor and iterate design to address usability bugs in the product
• Adjust design delivery to align with development and business goals, while maintaining focus on user requirements and usability
• Work collaboratively with product managers, visual designers, and frontend development roles
• Articulate and defend design choices using established principles and standards

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a senior practitioner in UX
• Proficiency in UX deliverables including User Journey Maps, Personas and Goals, Task Models and Information Models, User Flows, and Wireframe Prototypes
• Demonstrable experience in different methods and stages of the UX lifecycle, including User and Stakeholder Requirements, Design and Prototyping, and Usability Testing / Evaluation
• Background in conducting UI/UX or human factors user studies, measuring both qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Prior experience collaborating with agile development teams
• An impressive portfolio or case studies that highlight relevant UX work
• Competency in multi-tasking efficiently under pressure while paying attention to detail
