Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SharePoint development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project completion
- Engage in hands-on development tasks, including coding, troubleshooting, and testing within the SharePoint environment
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, managing resources in accordance with project requirements
- Collaborate with other department stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project updates, issues, and recommendations
- Perform release planning, including the coordination of deployment schedules and the management of risks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project development and implementation
- Provide mentorship and support to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SharePoint technologies and industry trends to incorporate into practices and processes

- Proven experience in SharePoint development and in a managerial role
- Strong technical skills in SharePoint, including experience with SharePoint online, server, and designer
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in release planning and stakeholder management

This posting includes a good base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations.
