We are actively seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to enhance our talented team in crafting a cutting-edge software solution tailored for the residential home inspection sector.
This position requires you to spearhead the integration and collaboration between technical and non-technical groups to enrich the advancements and implementation of our universal Flutter application. This application being designed utilizes the Google Cloud Platform along with various other tech stacks including Java, SpringBoot, ElasticSearch, and Postgres, concentrating on mobile and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects aligning with business goals
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams to maintain unity and progress within project timelines
• Hold regular meetings to relay updates to stakeholders and address incoming challenges
• Apply tools and systems to supervise and uphold quality and performance benchmarks
• Adjust project scopes and timelines adeptly using verified strategies
• Record business and technical specifications from discussions with stakeholders
• Transform business needs into actionable technical specifications
• Perform gap analysis to better existing operations and infrastructures
• Collaboratively identify and rank project demands with stakeholders
• Offer technical leadership to endorse superior practices in web and mobile developments
• Safeguard scalability, security, and enhanced performance of solutions
• Devise strategies to manage project uncertainties and create efficient countermeasures

• At least a decade of experience in software development
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in mobile software development
• Background knowledge in managing complete SDLC projects with a focus on Agile; knowledge of XP advantageous
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical details
• Understanding of emerging web and mobile technologies, both front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud platforms including Google Cloud, and APIs
• Skills in effective communication and interpersonal relations for managing client and stakeholder interactions
• Proficiency in conducting detailed analysis and maintaining rigorous accuracy
• Competency in leadership with proficiency in managing teams collaboratively
• In-depth exposure to application architecture for both external and internal systems
• Proven capability to oversee multiple complex projects and achieve superior results
