Team Lead, SAP MM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, SAP MM Functional Consultant to join our team.
The consultant will play a critical role in handling business requirements and designing the S4 Global template in the Supply domain for over 20 countries, leading a team of 4-6 consultants from EPAM. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of SAP MM consulting experience with a strong background in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and understand business processes by communicating effectively with clients
• Design S4 Global template in the Supply domain
• Support the SAP team in daily operations and issue resolution
• Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 consultants, providing guidance and mentorship

• 7+ years of SAP MM Consulting experience
• Prior leadership experience within SAP projects
• Expertise in SAP APO and SAP MRP
• Proficiency in S/4HANA and SAP AFS
• Background in supply process management
• Strong familiarity with the fashion industry
• B2+ level proficiency in the English language

• Experience in multi-country SAP deployments
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
