- Perform Support and maintenance of offshore development centre (ODC) infrastructure
- Partner with development teams to improve services
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
- Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
- Intermediate knowledge of network security
- Good understanding of network basics (routing/switching, IP stack)
- Experience with switch configuration (Cisco IOS)
- Intermediate knowledge on Windows administration both server and end-user devices (Windows Server Management, Windows Active Directory, Windows Group Policy)
- Intermediate experience with next-gen firewall: Maintenance, firewall rules (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
- Basic experience antivirus software management (like Symantec Endpoint Protection)
