We are looking for a Support Infrastructure Engineer to enhance our Okta platform.
You will play a crucial role in assisting with the configuration and enhancements of the Okta platform, including features like FastPass. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless and secure access solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist with the configuration of the Okta platform
- Implement enhancements to the FastPass feature
- Provide support for client inquiries regarding Okta functionality
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Okta integration
- Collaborate with team members to improve existing processes
- Document configuration changes and enhancements
- Train clients on new features and updates
- Stay informed about Okta updates and best practices
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress
