Our End-User Support Service is looking for a Middle/Senior Support Engineer to support the office in Nicosia on-site and colleagues in Cyprus remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT infrastructure in the office in collaboration with the team
  • Ensure equipment, documents and processes are in place
  • Support people on IT-related issues
  • Operate, maintain, upgrade and dispose of assets in the most cost-effective manner
  • Be involved in the development of End-User Support Service

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role
  • Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software and networking
  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting OS, hardware and network
  • Knowledge of basic principles of asset management such as ITIL (or any other ITSM tool)
  • Good spoken and written English
