Our End-User Support Service is looking for a Middle/Senior Support Engineer to support the office in Nicosia on-site and colleagues in Cyprus remotely.

Responsibilities
- Support IT infrastructure in the office in collaboration with the team
- Ensure equipment, documents and processes are in place
- Support people on IT-related issues
- Operate, maintain, upgrade and dispose of assets in the most cost-effective manner
- Be involved in the development of End-User Support Service

- At least 4 years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role
- Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software and networking
- Advanced skills in troubleshooting OS, hardware and network
- Knowledge of basic principles of asset management such as ITIL (or any other ITSM tool)
- Good spoken and written English
