We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join the EPAM Salesforce Practice team.
In this role, you will work closely with businesses to understand their requirements, design and communicate solutions, and lead the development process. Our team operates in a multi-location, agile environment, delivering innovative Salesforce solutions for a variety of industries including retail, media, healthcare, finance, and more. This position offers the chance to document architectural designs, break down features, estimate them, and manage changing requirements through industry best practices.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

• Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy both functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely execution
• Collaborate with business partners to clearly understand business requirements and create innovative, efficient solutions
• Coordinate with various technology teams such as Architecture, Development, and Testing to define and implement elegant, scalable, sustainable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies
• Lead the development team in designing and implementing innovative solutions that adhere to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques
• Establish and improve development standards and processes
• Maintain subject matter expertise of the functionality and solution architecture
• Be accountable for the detailed design of technical solutions, POC/MVP, prototyping, and documentation of technical design throughout the SDLC process
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key business and technology team members
• Assist with triages and fix defects for planned releases and in production environments
• Handle Salesforce platform management tasks including app evaluations, profiles/org hierarchy design, integration with other systems, capacity planning, defining SLA measurements

• 8+ combined years of IT experience
• 2+ years of architecture experience across various Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Digital Experience
• 3+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform including proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Automations, with an understanding of Salesforce technologies
• Strong experience in software development life cycle
• Active Salesforce certifications, Application and System Architect preferred
• Experience using Agile development methods and practices
• Capability to foster new ideas and concepts
• Ability to mentor and coach team members
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

• Background in web development
• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with various business systems such as ETL, CPQ, and marketing automation
