Solution Architect - JavaScript

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect in JavaScript with exceptional proficiency in React.
As a Solution Architect, your primary focus will be on designing architectural frameworks for software applications, developing frontend components, and overseeing the team to ensure the implementation is in alignment with well-known design patterns. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust, maintainable, and efficiently integrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality JavaScript applications using ReactJS or Angular
• Architect and optimize microservices architecture within the existing codebase
• Oversee AWS deployment and management (primarily in EC2), ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Manage and mentor a team of developers; assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct and oversee code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices, and actively lead the improvement of our development processes

• 5+ years of development experience, with a strong background as a Full-Stack engineer
• High proficiency in ReactJS and familiarity with Angular
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing development teams
• Hands-on experience working in Agile teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead effectively in a multinational team where English is the primary language

• Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
