We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect - Java to play a crucial role in designing scalable software solutions.

• Design secure and reliable solutions that ensure high availability
• Define and support the execution of technology strategies for products
• Collaborate with global Solution Architecture and Engineering teams
• Engage with Architecture and Technology teams to align with technical strategies
• Support development teams while promoting agile development practices
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Research and evaluate technical solutions to meet business needs
• Drive software implementation leveraging microservices in fintech
• Partner with senior technical leaders to deliver on architectural designs
• Collaborate with development teams, operations, and product owners
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within development teams
• Act as the primary architect and advocate with other program groups

• 15 years of product engineering experience in software solutions
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and web services
• Experience designing high transaction volume financial systems
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Background in building global-scale back-end microservices with Java
• Understanding of storage technologies like PostgreSQL and SQL Server
• Deep experience with cloud-native technologies including AWS and Azure
• Agile work experience focused on continuous improvement
• Desire to collaborate and mentor technology teams
• Capability to build prototypes for complex business challenges
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter who quickly supports product and technical goals
• Advocacy for technically sound solutions and best practices
