We are on the search for a highly skilled Solution Architect II with a specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to be a part of our team.
This position involves managing and implementing IAM solutions using the SailPoint product, creating designs for integrating third-party customer systems such as Coupa and Salesforce with SailPoint, and developing comprehensive IAM standards and processes. We urgently need a candidate who not only possesses extensive knowledge of SailPoint but is also capable of enhancing our IAM strategy with innovative solutions and technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy effective IAM solutions using SailPoint, integrated with major third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce
- Oversee API development for seamless integration and enhanced functionality across various systems
- Act as a technical leader in strategy discussions and advise on IAM best practices, including the application of federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
- Supervise all stages of identity solutions lifecycle management, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
- Formulate, evaluate, and refine IAM policies to align with security, operational efficiency, and compliance standards

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in software development
- At least 2 years in a Software Architect role
- Strong experience in SailPoint for IAM solutions and third-party application integrations
- Proficiency in API development and management, using languages like Java or Python
- Knowledge of identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Profound understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
- Experience with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with project management capabilities
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
- Familiarity with Architecture Governance
