Solution Architect

We seek a Solution Architect to join our growing team and help generate solutions to address and meet various requirements and needs.
In this role, you will be working on a variety of software design tasks and will play a crucial part in making sure that the application is implemented according to the relevant patterns and approaches
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software application design and architectural decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements
  • Communicate with customers, providing technical consulting to align expectations
  • Participate in planning, estimation, and pre-sale activities
  • Oversee implementation to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines
  • Conduct one-site visits to maintain stakeholder alignment and project progress
  • Apply design principles, patterns, and architecture styles to create scalable solutions
  • Guide development teams with detailed technical support and mentorship
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of software projects, maintaining technical excellence
  • Manage client expectations and foster alignment using Agile methodologies

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture
  • Proficiency in native cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Background in presale activities and technical consulting
  • Deep understanding of architecture styles, design patterns, and principles
  • Skills in development using modern programming languages including .NET, Java, Python, or Go
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, end-to-end software projects
  • Excellent communication capabilities in English
  • Agile mindset with expertise in managing client relationships and expectations
