We are actively seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our AI Modernization initiatives, dealing with opportunities related to Application Modernization with the help of Generative AI. This position requires a combination of excellent solution/software architecture awareness in various architecture types, and an entrepreneurial & integration type of mindset, working on multiple opportunities simultaneously by integrating multiple teams and stakeholders at EPAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Modernization initiatives related to Application Modernization with Generative AI toolset/approaches and frameworks on top
• Work on multiple opportunities simultaneously by integrating multiple teams and stakeholders at EPAM
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver innovative AI software engineering solutions
• Stay updated with modern AI trends and solutions, as well as monitoring new market solutions and trends
• Adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements, leveraging EPAM's suite of tools and frameworks
• Deep dive into EPAM's suite of tools and frameworks to fully understand and leverage the company's capabilities and offerings

• Hands-on Solution Architect capable of doing a PoC, coding, writing unit tests if needed, etc
• Experience with AI as a user, prompt engineering
• Strong technologist with experience with various technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Proven experience in solution/software architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in roles involving various architectural types such as legacy monolith applications, cloud-based solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures
• Understanding of data concepts and familiarity with UI frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously, integrating various teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Generative AI tools, approaches, and frameworks, particularly in the context of application modernization
• A passion for staying updated with modern AI trends and solutions, as well as monitoring new market solutions and trends
• Entrepreneurial and integrative mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Willingness to deep dive into EPAM's suite of tools and frameworks to fully understand and leverage the company's capabilities and offerings
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate and collaborate within a global team (C1 level)
