We are looking for a certified PEGA Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves supporting and developing new features for the Model Event Approval workflow and ensuring seamless workflow functionality.

• Translate business requirements into robust Pega solutions while communicating effectively with business analysts
• Propose optimal Pega architecture and design approaches
• Collaborate closely with the Client Pega Center of Excellence to adhere to Pega standards and guidelines
• Work with Java TRD team members to ensure solid integration between Pega and Java components of the application flow
• Provide support during Production deployments during US Evening CST time zone

• 5+ years of work experience
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing in Pega
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's Degree preferred

• Proficiency in Java
• Background in Financial Services
