The successful candidate will contribute to our ongoing automation framework, tackling both editor and product testing that often demands innovative and custom solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the existing automation framework
  • Design and execute test cases for both game editor functionalities and outputs
  • Implement unique testing solutions as required by the complexity of test cases
  • Work towards standardizing automation practices
  • Build a robust solution architecture drawing on EPAM's best practices
  • Engage in both black box and white box testing methods
  • Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of test automation tools
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand test needs and products' architecture
  • Contribute to 3D and 2D graphic verification and validation processes when needed
  • Provide estimation skills at the beginning of each testing phase

  • 3+ years of software development experience in C or C++
  • Background in C#
  • Understanding of Test Automation approaches including Data Driven, Keyword Driven, and Behaviour Driven Development
  • General understanding of the Testing Pyramid
  • Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, or MS Automation Driver
  • Skills in using any screen-recognition-based automation tools such as Sikuli
  • Competency in using MSTest or NUnit
  • English speaking skills at least at B1 level
  • Basic understanding of 3D and 2D graphics
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Experience with screen-based automation
  • Knowledge of Test Automation Framework structure
  • Understanding of White box and Black box testing and automation methods
  • Basic knowledge of AWS
