Responsibilities
- Define and design architecture solutions leveraging ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations)
- Ensure alignment of the ServiceNow solution with enterprise architecture and IT strategy
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow FSO implementations
- Lead technical design sessions and review solution architectures
- Work closely with business stakeholders
- Guide clients in adopting out-of-the-box functionalities while minimizing customizations for maintainability
- Identify process automation and optimization opportunities within workflows in scope
- Design integration strategies between ServiceNow FSO and external systems, legacy applications, and third-party platforms
- Ensure smooth data migration, transformation, and governance in ServiceNow implementations
- Present architecture solutions and roadmaps to key stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment

- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience as a Developer / Architect
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist - FSO - big plus
- Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture
- Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Ability to travel a few times per month to the office in Hartford, CT (we can cover the business travel expenses)
