We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with solid experience in ITOM, CSDM, and integrations to support the multi-source, service-aware and self-healing CMDB.
The ideal candidate will be competent in their technical abilities and have strong communication skills. They should be eager to grow their expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem while contributing to a collaborative, agile Scrum team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, ensuring adherence to security best practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to assess incoming demands to ensure (data related) solution decisions are future-proof
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow engineers to create/refine/realize user stories and to remediate incidents and/or fulfill requests if within your area of responsibility
  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing ServiceNow solutions

  • 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Solid experience with multi-source CMDB, discovery (patterns), IRE governance, IH-ETL, service mapping and APM/TPM
  • Good understanding and experience with CSDM, the ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) and ITOM modules
  • Able to create holistic solutions and to empower (business) stakeholders to realize and govern data
  • Creative thinking and thinking conceptually and practically
  • Good communicational skills - clear and empathetical
