We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team and help design processes and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
In this role, you will play a key role on a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers all over the world.
We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive requirement gathering and analysis
  • Create User Stories / Requirements specifications
  • Design and improve processes in ESM (ITSM and adjacent domains)
  • Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
  • Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team. Communicate requirements and act as a liaison between the customer and the development team
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and demos

  • Experience in designing and improvement of processes in ESM domain using process modelling tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Deep understanding of ITIL
  • ServiceNow (or other ITSM tool)
  • Flexibility in working directly with technical and business stakeholders on the customer's side
  • Experience with business process modeling and writing good documentation
  • English at B2+ level
