We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to work on EPAM projects in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI Solutions to become a part of Gen AI Delivery team in Netherlands.

In this role, you'll lead our delivery operations and ensure the successful execution of projects and services. If you have a Bachelor's degree in IT Business, Management, or a related field, 7+ years of experience in delivery management and hands-on experience with Generative AI, we'd love to hear from you.

• Lead AI and Generative AI projects as a delivery manager from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria
• Manage the delivery process, including requirements, risks and the budget
• Oversee product quality, set benchmarks and engage with the team in order to meet them
• Facilitate UAT production deployments and manage releases
• Prepare the WBS and resource plans
• Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks and progress
• Interface with clients daily, holding demos, training engineers and managing expectations
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, mentoring and coaching team members
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people management issues
• Implement organizational best practices on the projects
• Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change & risk management, as well as Agile ceremonies

• Business fluent Dutch and English
• Readiness to be available in Eindhoven 3 days a week or more
• 7 + years of experience in team/project leadership
• Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions, with at least five successful commercial projects
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support
• Confidence to lead a team of 20+ members, including people management
• Background in setting up Dev, QA and BA processes on projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe and Kanban
• Use of GenAI for team productivity evaluation and decision-making
• Production experience in AI, Digital, Data or Cloud projects
• Emotional intelligence with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Cultural awareness and openness to diversity

• Prior hands-on software engineering experience
• Understanding of following verticals: Technology Hardware & Equipment, Manufacturing
• Technology Consulting experience
• Experience in IT leadership roles
