We are looking for Senior/Lead Application support specialists, who will provide a L2 and L3 service for a client within MSS program.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and troubleshoot application-related issues raised by users/clients, providing workarounds when necessary
  • Engage with team members and escalate issues as required for the resolution of product bugs
  • Provide technical debugging and support for applications
  • Create and maintain documentation for support and maintenance processes, including runbooks
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of issues and resolutions
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and systems within the team

  • Minimum of 3 years in production environments supporting Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or Product Content Management (PCM) platforms such as Magento, Sitecore, Amplience, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Strelka, or Laika
  • Proficient in troubleshooting web content errors
  • Familiarity with web applications, specifically Next.js architecture (server-side runtime and static assets)
  • Knowledge of Backend for Frontend (BFF) development using Node.js and GraphQL
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, and TypeScript
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
  • Experience with third-party application integrations
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles (Requirements, Estimations, Planning, QA, Development)
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts
  • Experience with CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps services or Jenkins
  • Understanding of ITIL foundations, particularly in Incident and Service Request Management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken (advanced level English)
