We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Consultant to join our team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday HCM/Finance systems and other business applications. This position requires strong technical proficiency in Workday integration tools and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and Workday SOAP/REST APIs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes
  • Utilize Web Services, XML, XSLT and JSON to develop integrations
  • Ensure integrations comply with security protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integration processes
  • Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience and strong understanding of Workday HCM/Finance domain and its data structure
  • Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect and Workday SOAP/REST APIs
  • Hands-on experience in developing integrations using Web Services, XML, XSLT and JSON
  • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to integration processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address complex technical issues effectively
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
