Senior Web Analyst

• Oversee and execute A/B testing on our websites using Optimizely
• Analyze test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
• Perform quality assurance in the development environment to ensure tests run as expected
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, challenges, and goals
• Provide mentorship to junior Analysts in the team

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Web Analyst role
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools
• In-depth knowledge of Optimizely products and solutions
• Extensive experience in web analytics, including A/B/n testing and optimization
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and establish strong relationships at all organizational levels
• Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher

• Familiarity with a variety of web analytics tools
