Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide collaboration efforts between marketing, product, and engineering teams to set comprehensive business requirements
- Develop and enforce rigorous documentation and processes that guarantee data precision and uniformity across all digital touchpoints
- Lead the QA and validation processes for tracking implementations on both web and mobile applications
- Identify and adeptly resolve complex tracking issues and data discrepancies in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain robust governance for third-party marketing technology within tag management systems
- 4+ years of experience working in a digital analytics role
- Advanced expertise in implementing and debugging digital analytics tools like Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
- Mastery in JavaScript specifically for digital analytics tracking setup and troubleshooting
- Comprehensive understanding of digital analytics principles, measurement frameworks, tag management systems, and web development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving intricate tracking and data quality issues across diverse environments
- Superior communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and articulating complex data governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in querying and conducting data integrity assessments in data warehouses, particularly in Snowflake, using SQL
- Deep knowledge of web development practices including the use of browser developer tools and mobile app debugging tools like Charles Proxy
- Advanced qualifications in using Python, R for data science or product analytics
- Extensive experience in web development or front-end engineering
