Senior UX/UI Designer

EPAM is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with advanced technical skills to join our team in Thailand. As a senior member, you will collaborate within a cross-functional team in an Agile environment, driving the continuous delivery of high-quality services to our clients and end users. In addition to this, your strong technical skills will be the key factor in driving the team toward success.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various design projects from concept to completion
• Understand project requirements and concepts and deliver engaging design solutions
• Utilize various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
• Develop final design solutions, including banners, interfaces, presentations, infographics, in the form of drafts to prototypes
• Collaborate with team members to launch designs
• Ensure design components align with technical feasibility and development guidelines

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong experience in tech stack: Figma, InVision, Prototyping, and UX Prototyping
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with a comprehensive understanding of design processes and methodologies
• Experience in designing for multiple screens, devices, and environments
• Deep knowledge and passion for establishing, utilizing and governing design systems in enterprise environments
• Good understanding of user experience and software development process
• Fluency in both written and spoken English (B2)

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
