Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to champion our user interface design for internal tools and solutions at our company.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of intuitive and engaging UI/UX interfaces for various applications, with a focus on enhancing users' interaction with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design process for UI/UX interfaces across internal tools and Google Cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and integrate user feedback into design enhancements
  • Design and prototype new user interfaces and features that enhance accessibility and usability
  • Provide ongoing support for modifications, including web applications for Sales Kickoff and Google Cloud Next 2025 events
  • Validate design specifications and integrate necessary changes to optimize user experiences
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
  • Execute ad-hoc design requests and support application adjustments for demonstration videos
  • Conduct usability testing and refine interface elements based on user data
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UX design
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve product quality

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
  • Background in web and mobile interface design
  • Strong portfolio that showcases deep interaction and visual design skills
  • Understanding of technical constraints and guidelines for design implementations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationales
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
