Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops to gather insights, align with stakeholders and define design goals
- Present and advocate design strategies and solutions to senior leadership, promoting design excellence and ensuring alignment with company vision
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain valuable insights into user needs and pain points
- Streamline complex workflow and process by leveraging service design to create user-centric solutions that improve both user experience and operational efficiency
- Visualise complex data in design
- Create intuitive designs that enhance usability
- Stay informed and up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge

- Demonstrable project experience covering the full end-to-end UX lifecycle, including research, ideation, prototyping, user testing and final delivery
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methods and when to apply them effectively
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, effectively communicating design concepts and gathering feedback to refine design solutions
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment alongside engineering teams to implement and iterate on designs fluidly
- Proven track record in utilizing design systems to ensure consistency, scalability and efficiency across multiple platforms
- Expertise in design prototyping with proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD
- Experience leading acceptance testing to validate user needs and business goals are met prior to product launch
- Fluent German and English skills are needed
