We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing the usability and design of our digital products and services, focusing on research, innovation, and value creation to meet the needs of both the business and users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification of new opportunities and improvements in the digital service structure
• Drive co-design activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Utilize expertise in usability principles, information architecture, and behavioral patterns to create intuitive user experiences
• Communicate design ideas and present findings effectively
• Conduct comprehensive user research and compile insights to guide design decisions

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
• Strong understanding of usability principles and information architecture
• Experience in leading user research and applying insights to design strategies
• Capability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative settings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with agile methodologies
