Responsibilities

• Support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits, and benchmarking. Interpret data and qualitative feedback to understand user needs
• Design journey maps, user stories, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes
• Plan and design the information architecture for one of the app domains
• Combine UX thinking with design execution, and translate business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, intuitive, usable, and engaging
• Carry out an assessment of existing information architecture and identify areas for improvement, including content inventories and audits
• Collaborate with the engineering team to evolve and refine our design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints
• Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brand's style and voice through its visual touchpoints

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• UI design portfolio
• Proficiency in industry tools such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Azure RP
• Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
• Creative and analytical approach
• Design thinking and a user-centric mindset
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Attention to detail
• Communication, collaboration skills
• B2+ English level proficiency
