We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team and take the lead in creating engaging and innovative user interfaces.
As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing seamless web experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into stunning visual designs.

Responsibilities

• Work with design systems and responsive design to create agile delivery-ready interfaces
• Communicate design solutions clearly to engineers and stakeholders
• Utilize brand guidelines to design layouts that strengthen the brand's visual identity
• Design user flows and apply new UI designs for web experiences
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and UX Designers to develop a cohesive web experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI design
• Showcase of UI design portfolio
• Skills in adaptability and problem-solving
• Competency in teamwork and collaboration
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centric mindset
• Attention to detail combined with a creative and analytical approach
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Expertise in industry tools including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Knowledge of Azure RP
• Capability to understand business metrics and translate goals into digital experiences
