Senior Testing Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Testing Manager to strengthen our team.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding gaming experience to players. You will be part of a specialized performance playtesting team working with AAA game platforms. If you have a strong interest in gaming and testing, we would love to hear from you.

• Understand future and current adjustments to testing schedules and coverage demands
• Supervise and assign daily tasks for testers to address priority testing needs
• Track team activities, including attendance and obstacle reporting
• Evaluate and assess tester performance in relation to the project requirements
• Assist with recruitment and staffing for the testing team
• Identify and escalate critical defects and challenges impacting task completion
• Manage testing operations for a team exceeding 100 testers or set up a testing process from the ground up

• At least 10 years of software testing experience
• Availability for planned weekend overtime shifts once per quarter
• Expert understanding of project documentation
• Capability to deliver high-quality functional requirements and lead specification reviews
• Experience in planning, executing, and reporting testing activities
• Advanced skills in installing and running builds on consoles and mobile platforms
• Background in knowledge transfers, onboarding, and upskilling team members
• Expert knowledge of software quality assurance processes and the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in assessing the theoretical understanding and practical skills of candidates
• Extensive gaming experience across various titles and genres
• B2 level proficiency in English
• Ability to work from the office with a start time between 9 and 9:30 AM

• Background in game testing
• ISTQB qualifications
