We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team and play a key role in the development of our Software Development Kit (SDK). This position requires a strong foundation in technical writing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams. Your work will be instrumental in supporting the growth and success of the LIFT platform by delivering high-quality, accurate documentation that meets user needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain API and SDK documentation, along with associated development resources for the LIFT platform
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure content is accurate, clear, and meets organizational standards
- Design, draft, and refine technical and process documentation to support software releases and updates
- Create user-friendly materials to assist in the adoption of new tools and features
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop or update policies, procedures, and form documentation
- Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure consistency and quality
- Propose creative solutions to enhance workflows and streamline content development processes
- Engage with subject-matter experts to ensure technical topics are addressed thoroughly and effectively
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of the LIFT platform by delivering effective documentation

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field
- At least three years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role within the software industry
- Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for API and SDK documentation
- Proficiency in using tools and software for creating technical documentation
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with programming languages and a solid understanding of software development principles
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and associated services
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects effectively
