We are looking to appoint a new Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our EPAM Systems Spain location to play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and ultimately bring diverse talent onto the EPAM team. On this role, you will be able to find and attract the right candidates for various roles within a fast-growing technology services company, build excellent relationships across all areas of the business, screen perspective employees and coordinate the entire recruitment process. Primary but not limited scope of the position is recruiting for senior level roles and positions.

This position will be required to work on hybrid mode, work from office at least 2 days per week and able to be more flexible within time.

Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates across predominantly Technical and Software Delivery disciplines
- Support selection and hiring processes in Spain
- Interview candidates, write detailed and relevant reports for hiring managers
- Provide functional expertise in recruitment by delivering high quality hires with strong line managers' and candidates' satisfaction
- Demonstrate understanding of IT service industry, provide market insights and advisory solutions to hiring managers
- Use variety of creative recruitment practices consistent to EPAM's brand including direct sourcing, events, digital/social media platforms and vendor management
- Work with applicant tracking solutions/systems to manage the recruitment process and mine it as a talent database
- Build a candidate relationship to improve candidate's experience
- Create relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience of full lifecycle recruiting with ideally a mixed agency and in-house/RPO background, although candidates from agencies will be considered
- Research background with excellent knowledge of Boolean operators to create search strings for online market mapping and candidates' targeting (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Google...)
- Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.)
- Confidence in building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills required, ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivation, being a team player and hands-on professional
- Preferably - relevant IT recruitment experience in Tier 1 companies or direct EPAM competitors
- Positive mind-set, 'can-do' attitude, flexible, adaptable and enjoying working as part of an international, multicultural and cross-border team
- Great communication skills in English
