We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), closely working with our IT department and Data Scientists in a global drug development context. If you have extensive knowledge and experience in advanced Linux concepts, operating system concepts, and have previously worked on the installation, upgrade, and patching of RStudio Workbench, Connect, and Package Manager, this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities
- Take part in package upgrade automation projects for the R Suite Environment
- Handle administration and troubleshooting of R Studio installations and related environment
- Collaborate with existing service teams to tackle open problems/incidents

- Hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer / DevOps / SysAdmin or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of advanced Linux concepts and operating system concepts
- Proven experience in installing, upgrading, and patching of RStudio Workbench, Connect, and Package Manager
